I'm so glad someone has put a name to the condition!. I thought i was just being weird!. Personally i cant stop picking the skin off my heels! Sometimes to the point that they bleed!. Usually it is caused when i'm under stress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would be happy to talk to you about what skin I pick the most!.
It is hard to just write it here for everyone to see!.
I have been picking my skin for many, many years!.
Sometimes I don't do it quite as much as other times!.

I never really thought it had a name!.!.!.
when i had acne i used to constantly pick at my face!. now that that's gone i pick at my arms until they bleed!. they're all scarred now and have small cuts on them!. i even claw at my arms through sweatshirts unknowingly!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
