How do you know if you have panic attacks?!

I am on medicine for panic attacks and when I get one I get a weird feeling in my stomach and my heart starts to race and I get dizzy and just feel like I am going to die!. It is the worse feeling ever!. My hands start to shake and I get sweaty and sometimes I feel like I am having trouble breathing!. If you need anything just let me know!. you will feel really scared, your heart rate will increase and of course, you'll start to panic!.
