Eating Disorder help. Self recovery?!


Question: Eating Disorder help!. Self recovery!?
I have had an eating disorder for over 3 years now and i know i am ruining my health more and more everyday!.!.!.!.i WANT to self recover!.
Please don't tell me i can't do it on my own because i know i can if i put my mind to it!.

How should i go about this though!. On a good day i eat 0-200 calories, and i do binge and purge quite often!. I know how dangerous this is!.!.!.!.thus why i want to stop !!
Should i like eat 800-900 calories for a couple days then up the calorie intake to like 1,000-1,250 with exercise !?
I still want/need to lose weight and tone up, but i am worried that if i do not starve myself i wont see bones!.
I am 5'9 and 115!.5 pounds!.
I want to be 104-109 pounds and maintain it!.
I want to be healthy, but i am so worried that by self recovering i will become fat and my bones will go away!.

Say like runway model bodies!. Somee of them do not have eating disorders!.!.!.!.how to they stay slim and healthy!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i am 34 years old!. i have had an eating disorder since i was in seventh grade!. it never goes away!. i remember looking in the mirror and pinching my stomach, to measure to fat!. it has been a battle for me!.if i start a diet it can be to extreme!.!. however i have learned!. its hard it will never go away but you can control it!. you need to go to a group that will help you deal with it!. you are skinny to me by the measurements given!. you must realize right now no matter how small you get!. you will always be big in your eyes!. the struggle has been hard for me!. my heart goes out for you!. i do understand and its hard!. you have to get help!. reach out for family,friends,healh care providers!. you can not do it alone!. please feel free to email meWww@Answer-Health@Com

Girl, I think you have to do your recovery mentally before anything else!.
By the way, a lot of models are on coke!. So they're not exactly healthy!.

eat more a bit at a time
when you are at an average weight
and are happy with your body (dont think you are fat)
then eat like a normal person!. exercise 30 mins a day and eat according to the food pyramidWww@Answer-Health@Com

You really need to get a counselor!. Self-recovery I'm sure is very difficult!.

runway models are not necessarily healthy!. several of them have had eating disorders and have died because of it!. some of them are just genetically thin, though!.

have you calculated your bmi!? bmi has to do with your height in proportion to your weight and anything under 18!.5 is underweight and that's not good!. grrrr, i can't talk too much because i am underweight right now and I do not feel good at all!. someone suggested to me to eat rice!. they say it stretches your stomach out!. also, don't forget that with eating disorders, you can get to a certain weight that you have in your head and most of the time you will not be satisfied after you reach it anyways!. you will just want to keep losing weight!. so once you get to 104 or 109, you will still end up not being satisfied, most likely!. also, that is TERRIBLY underweight!. Just shoot for a bmi of 18!.5, which is 125 lbs!. for someone of your height!. that's on the low end of a healthy weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

omgsh your weight was similar that got me ammitted to the hospital for heart failure get help now im not even kidding i want to be 100 and i was getting my goal everyweek 2-6 pounds at a time but then i got amitted when i yelled at them for not letting me get to my goal they said i would have been dead before reaching goal!.!.ohh the mayo clinic the best place to go!.!.they don't make you fat at all they watch your calories and fat grams so you don't get fat!.!.trust me!.!.100% success rateWww@Answer-Health@Com

are you serious!? you want to see bones!? why!? women are beautiful because they have curves, and BOOBS!. which i'm sure you will lose if you haven't already unless you have fake ones!.

and explain how self recovery requires you to drop another 6-11 lbs!?!?!?!?!?!?

yes bulimia is dangerous but what is just as dangerous is being underweight!.!.!.yes they never talk about it in this country of overweight kids but 115 is already 15 lbs under what is considered a low -meaning bad- height to weight ratio!. Your target weight should be at least 140 (150 is the regular standard for healthy women of your height so you are already 35 lbs under weight!.!.!. thats like a six year old kid!.)!. But also I dont know how old you are!.!.!.unless you are 8-10 years old you need to eat so that you can grow some muscle bc that what will happen--dont be afraid of getting fatbc your body lacks so much nutrition already that it will use everything it gets and it wont get stored in body fat!.

It you are a vegetarian you definitely need to cut this out bc begin a veggie is hard enough when you are a healthy size to begin with!. And the protein you would be losing will probably kill you!.

Not eating in this country is a fashion statement and a "disorder" in other countries its called starvation, malnutrition, and death!.

I highly recommend seeing a doctor about this!. Im suprised you havent been to a hospital yet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
