Weird movements in my sleep?!

Some nights when i'm sleeping, depending on what im doing in my dreams i do it while in my bed!. Example: last night i dreamed that i was like masturbating and i ACTUALLY felt it from the dream but when i woke up, i found myself actually touching myself! Also, i dreamed that i was playing tennis and someone threw the ball and i moved my hand with the racket, then woke up realizing that i jst moved my hand the way i did in the dream! Why does this happen!? is it normal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
