Answers:
I was on St!. Johns Wort for about 2 months until I went up to Venlafaxine!.!.!.it's a lot better!.

St!. Johns Wort doesn't really do much, to be honest!.!.
But, for your question, yes, most likely you can buy it at any pharmacy!.
The bottle will be round, about 3" wide, with a purple cap!. It's in the shape of a cylinder!.

And, the writing on the front will be in purple as well!.
The capsules are abouttt 3/4" long and are transparent, so you can see the brownish color of the St!. Johns Wort powder on the inside!. It doesn't smell nice :P Make sure you don't burp after having it cause it tastes gross xD

Good luck =) email me if you want more info on this kind of thing!.

Should cost about $8 a bottle I'd say!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First!.!.!.

St!. Johns wort is for people who have feelings of isolation, lack of community and a sense of bieng disconnected from the rest of the world!.!.!.in regards to depression

Herbs are pretty specific

Second!.!.

No rite aid will not have a good brand, nor a very potent dose!.!.

Go to Whole Foods or a Ms!. Greens!.!.I suggest Whole Foods!.!.ask the buyer about the different companies and what company is most reliable and actually tests their products in regards to the pharmaceutical action

Third!.!.

the herb is a beginning, you should read The Feel Good Handbook, and a book Coping with Depression by jon Kabat Zinn,

Why!.!.
The first is a great workbook that helps depression by itseld, the second will get you into meditating a great start

Also Look at Bach Flower remedies!.!.they are easy enought to do by yourself and are great

There are many things like Tryptophan, ashwaganda, St!. Johns, valerian!.!.that can help with Depression, but dont just by anything, as a non practitioner, the best bet is to get bach flower remedies (Which is energy medicine) Buy the books I mentioned, eat more fresh veggies, less sugar, exercise, meditate, and go see a counselor or psychologist

Good luck with your journeyWww@Answer-Health@Com

Try a health food store or herbal store!. St!. John's wort can come in a bottle (it does come in pill form)!. The name on the bottle would probably just be st!. john's wort (if it's 100%)

you didn't say why it was recomended to you, but most people who take this herb are slightly depressed (again idk why you were recommended to take it, but that's it's most common purpose that know) my mom took it for a long time, and since unlike perscripsion drugs, it has no side effects, and she said she felt so much better!. My mom swears by it!.

It cost around $5 a bottle!.

Well, then give it a try ok!? It's an herb, so its 100% natural, and since its not over-the-counter there aren't any dangers in taking it!. I talked to my mom and she said the thing she liked about it was that it didn't make her feel like a zombie, she just over-all felt better about life!. (this was during the time when I was seven and she really wanted to divorce my dad and it was just a very difficult time for everyone!.) So, try it and if you want to know more, go to a library and take out some books on herbs!. I think someone mentioned valerian root, which is good too!.

Last thing, i think someone said this already, but do try to talk to a counsler!. I know it's weird, opening up to a stranger, but it might help to just talk!.
Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

make sure it won't interact with any other medications you're on!. talk to the pharmacist before buying it!. it'll have St!. John's Wort written on it!. the cost depends on what manufacturer you get it from!. and yes, you can get it anywhere!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can get it at just about any pharmacy!.Just look in the vitamin/supplements isle!.It will say St!. John's Wort on the bottle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
