What to do about my depression?!
Question: What to do about my depression!?
I was diagnosed with depression when I was young but the medication they gave me mad me just sick!. I didn't use them for a long time and seemed to be doing good, but know I seemed to getting bad downs, were thoughts of killing myself pop in and out of my mind!. I have no insurance for mental health or GP here at school only ER, and Urgent!. Any suggestions on what I should do!?

Hey,
I would go to the ER or other health facility and ask what your options are!. I am on antidepressants and in therapy, and I know without them I would not be doing nearly as well!.
The antidepressants you were given possibly weren't the right ones, maybe you could try others!.
In the meantime, think about what makes you feel good about yourself, and do whatever that is!. Read, listen to music, watch tv, see friends, just distract yourself!.

ohk well dnt kill yourself because that is the worst thing that you can do!. Whenevr ur feelin down just talk to a family member or talk to a friend that u really trust and express ur feelins with them!. I'm sure they'd be more than happy to help u!. Well that is all that i can say so good luck with that!. oh and u can get counciling cause i heard that really helps a lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try another med - there are a lot of them out there!. If nothing else works there is also St!. John's Wort, no Rx needed, but usually recommended for mild depression only, and you may be beyond that!.
