You need to speak with the medical professional that prescribed these drugs!. The dosage may need to be altered!.!.!. or maybe you need to try a different drug or drug combination!.
I am acutely manic depressive (Mostly manic with after mania depression) and it took me a long time to find the right dosage and drug combination for me!.

Yes, it could be the meds!. First, talk to your doctor!. Then, tapering off is always best!. Start exercising because it will truly help with your depression and anxiety if you have that!. Exercise is cheap and has no negative side effects!. The good side effects include weight loss, better sleep, lower blood pressure, lower blood sugar, a sense of serenity and self-confidence!. You have nothing to lose by exercising!. Walking 30-60 minutes a day will net these benefits!. Good luck!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think it is advisable to take suggestions from unqualified strangers when it comes to medications subscribed by your physician!. No one here knows the medical reasons why you are on meds and it might do you more harm to just take yourself off of them!. Call or see your doctor and discuss your side effects with him/her!. It could be that you need to have the dosages adjusted or make a change in the type of medication!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should get the advice of the doctor who prescribed the meds on this one!. You have to be very careful!. My mother was on Paxil for a while when I was younger and went off of the stuff without consulting her doctor - she got so sick she ended up in the hospital! O_O It was only for a day but it was still pretty scary stuff!.

The important thing will be tapering off of your medication and only your doctor will be able to give you appropriate advice on how to do this properly without endangering yourself!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you spoken to your doctor about this!? First of all there are some really good medications depending on your diagnosis, you may be able to change to those!. Also, when did you have a physical last any history of thyroid disease in your family !? It appears that this disease often times escapes the family physician, maybe check on that !?BUT you should never stop taking meds without a consult !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It may or may not be, but from personal experience, I would say it definitely is!. I couldn't take either of them for very long!. What dosages are you on!? You should decrease fairly slowly, but if they're low enough amounts and you think you could handle the withdrawal symptoms, quitting cold turkey is hard but it makes it easier in the long run!. I would highly suggest speaking to the doctor that prescribed you both of these medications and seeing what the best way to come off of them would be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Please don't do it without your doctor's help!. I tried taking myself off Paxil and then had a major accident that I still don't remember!. (it was 4 years ago!) I'm not sure if it was due to that, but I'll never know for sure!. For your own safety, please, please only do it with your doctor's help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe the combination isn't working for you!. Who prescribed this to you!? You should go to them and tell them its not working, don't just take yourself off you could get withdrawal!. If you do then you have to slowly get off!. Like 1 pill, half, etc!.!.!. See your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should call your doctor or pharmacist today to talk to them about it!

Your doctor may be able to prescribe a different med or a different dose that will help you without sending your body into withdrawal!.

NEVER stop meds, especially these kinds without contacting your doctor first!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

reduce doses as gradually as possible, lowering increments slightly, every 5 days ! If necessary, temper withdrawal symptoms w/ benzos &/or herb; whatever works 4 U !!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't stop taking your medication without consulting your doctor!. Explain to him the side effects - I'm sure he'll switch you to something that might work better for you!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should be very open with your doctor and let them know that these medicines aren't working!. There are other options!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

talk to your doctor before you stop taking your meds , it could cause you some stomach and emotional distress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Paxil!?

Taper reallly slow!. I mean slow!. Like one milligram a week!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
