i took it in highschool and i remember it helped keep my panic attacks under control!.!.!.that was a long time ago though so i don't remember much else, other than it worked and it didn't have any memorable side effectsWww@Answer-Health@Com
It never worked for me i know of doctors that don't even use it because of it not working!. it made my anxiety worse!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
