I find the best way to overcome it is to force myself to have a good meal talk to a good friend or family member and maybe force myself to go out and do something even if its on my own like a movie or going to the beach or a park or something relaxing!.

1!. EXERCISE!.
Please try - it doesn't matter what kind of excerise it is just go for it!.
I guarantee that you will begin to feel better immediatelt and also make sure you eat well every day!.
2!. FAITH

Sure!. Usually depression and anxiety go hand in hand!. First there's the worry, worry, worry!. Then your whole being gets soooo tired of worrying, it gives ya fatigue, which can turn into depression!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

oh yeh! all the time!. if im in school i want to just go to sleep!. sometimes i dont even want to walk up the stairs to get to my classes!. i just push on as hard as i can, sometimes i cry on the inside cause im so worn out but kinda used to it:/Www@Answer-Health@Com

most likely it could be lack of exercise, poor diet, or no enough sleep that can also make you feel blue, it doesn't always mean that it is depression!.!.!. so get up and go do what you love the most!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's why all I want to do is:

SLEEP
SLEEP
and then more
SLEEP!.

!.!.!.Then I wake up with a horrible headache, and am MORE depressed because so much of the day is gone!. Can't win for trying!

Yes those are very common symptoms of clinical depression (altho it could be something else, too)!. I think most people being treated for depression would say that they experience these symptoms some of the time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
