Question: I would like to learn an easy way for learning meditation or how to meditate!? and when!? plz!?
I would like to learn an easy how to meditate and to calm down my anxiety!?
is there something you can do easily!? even you are walking or I don't know on bed!.!. when you are trying to sleep!.!. I try to pray but it doesn't work!.!. I pray and pray and it doesn't work!.!. I take medications for anxiety but I am not sure!.!. I want to try meditation but it's so extensive!.!. I would like to have someone here!.!. but in my small city there are not courses of it!.!.
I am taking victan and venlafaxine or efexor!.

Simply sitting in a comfy position, physically relaxing & listening to your breath is the main aspect of many meditations!. If a thought appears, let it go & bring yourself back to the breath!.

The basic easy way to meditate and its benefits!.
I do meditation more than 30 years!. In fact I do not know life what is without meditation!. I prefer to lie down on bed , but it is possible sitting comfortable in chair!. There is a passive meditation and an active meditation!. A passive meditation is when you close your eyes and start to breathe slowly and deeply and you focus on breathing only In this mode you get a relaxation and try not thinking of anything {it is hard but try}!. After awhile for example 5 minutes to 30 minutes, open your eyes and that is all!. You did the first passive meditation!.
An active meditation!. This is altogether another issue!. You begin like above but after a few breaths you begin to imagine a picture of what you want to get!.!.Say, you want to get less stress,or get rid of anxiety, or a profound relaxation or feel good or anything else!. It means that you use the active meditation to realize something!. It can be anything you want or need!. For example, to heal yourself or someone else, to make more money, to loss weight, to get a better job, and so on!. You have to visualize a picture of final result you want to get and hold that image in your mind for at least three minutes,!. The frequently you repeat an active meditation like this one ,the quickly you get what you want!. Absolute all is possible to get , with persistence, of course!.
