So tired but cant sleep. Tips?!


Question: So tired but cant sleep!. Tips!?
im really tired all the time!. I get about 9 hours of sleep average!.!.!.
But lately I just can't fall asleep!.

Oh, I had the same problem when I was little!. I couldn't sleep and then I would stress out because I knew I should be sleeping and I didn't want to be tired and that would make me wake up even more!.
What my dad did was he just said as long as you are laying there resting your getting a lot of benefits you would get from sleep!.
I don't know if it's true or his way of making me go back to bed, but it worked!. I would just tell my self that instead of stressing out and waking up and then it made it easier to fall asleep!.

Also, sometimes I can't sleep when I'm not tired, try to exercise during the day, that way you'll be tired!.

Relax before bed, read, watch tv, listen to music, do yoga!.!.!.I don't know, anything that makes you relax!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

-Try counting things!?!?

-Go sit in front of something really cold, then run and get covered up, being warm helps with falling asleep!.

Oh yeah and try not have anything containing caffine!.

wathch a scary movie every thursday,tuesday or saturday night
have a big breakfast and a big dinner half an hour b4 the movie
every night think of the best thing that is going to happen the next day

usually when we are understress its hard to fall asleep which carry more stress then already its ,,
