Answers:
If you mean for a given one off circumstance he may well do, they are not in any way tranquilisers, so they don't make you sleepy!. They work by suppressing the somatic ( physical autonomic symptoms of the 'flight and fight mechanism, sweating, rapid pulse etc!.) They were popular at one time, but their effects are limited!. They are still sometimes given for things like Driving tests!.

If you problem is ongoing then therapy, especially CBT is best as it offers a cure rate as high as 70% without any medication!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Any GP worth his salt won't even think about it!. And is the worst thing for stage fright, directors notice it immediately, also booze and drugs!.
Use those butterflies! Throw them into the audience, and receive the love back!. Only takes a bit of practice!.
Peace!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Beta Blockers are for heart failure, angina, high blood pressure, not stress relief ! you'd be better off with something like Valium or co proximal, Valium is prescribed by dentists to offset stress prior to treatment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
