CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT IS CHRONIC STRESS DISORDER WITH ANXIETY IS AND WHAT IT MEANS AND PTSD AND WHAT IT MEANS, I ALSO HAVE BEEN REFERRED FOR BORDERLINE PERSONALITY SUPPORT GROUP BUT IAM ON THE WAITING LIST FOR THAT!. IF YOU CAN ADVISE ME PLEASE THAT WOULD BE GOOD

Can't say i have heard of chronic stress disorder!. But i myself suffer from panic disorder and anxiety so i'll try and clear up ptsd for you as i know how scary anxiety can be!. PTSD is post traumatic stress disorder and is a result of a traumatic experience i!.e sexual abuse, physical abuse, car accident, natural disaster etc If you've been diagnosed i don't wanna go into too much detail of your personal life but that more than likely is the cause of your anxiety and your borderline personality disorder!. I don't know too much about BPD except that sufferers usually suffer from a rollercoaster of emotions!. I hope you get in the support group soon and wish you the best of luck in your recovery!. It means that if you stress for a long period of time you can develop anxiety (a perminatent state of worry)!. Try finding something you really enjoy/ relaxes you and do that once a weekWww@Answer-Health@Com
