I have had days like that!. I had to find something in life that interested me!. We are here for a reason and we just need to find what that reason is!.
Killing yourself is wrong!. You'll only have to come back to earth and do it all over again!.
Look inside your soul and find what it is you really love in life!.
Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have those days, maybe not as bad as you do!. It always seems to get better!. Maybe you could find something to do that will take your mind off of it!. Running is good, start slow and build up and in a year or so you could be doing a marathon!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe you should run away down the street until you get to a large tree, then sit underneath it and stare at the sky and fall in love with existence!.

So you're depressed for 5 minutes, and you think you should kill yourself!?

The last few days have been good, but the last 5 minutes have been so bad that the last few days mean nothing!?

That doesn't add up!.

The reason you're so depressed is that you think about yourself too much!. Anyone could get depressed thinking about themselves all the time!. You need to be active, helping others less fortunate, and not wallowing in self pity!.

Go down to the nearest soup kitchen, ask what you can do to help, and do it, no matter how menial the task!. There is nothing like a selfless act of kindness to make you feel like your own life is valuable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Life may not feel to good now - but trust me it will get better, much better!. I am sure one day you will be in love, have a family and a good career!. If you are feeling this way the best thing to do is contact your doctor now (or tomorrow if it after hours) and discuss this it needs attention :) The most important thing is not to act on these thoughts if you find yourself considering doing the act (hurting yourself) always call emergency services straight away and try to relax prior to their arrival, this helps many people, the police and ambulance can respond and help you, never think you are wasting their time saving lifes is their jobs!.

I can listen to you if you need an ear to listen to and maybe some non professional advice my email address is availablw through my profile or it is: tristindavis@xtra!.co!.nz

I hope you are OK :) Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

have faith in God and pray!.

im am copying from one of the questions, an answer from a top contributor on Y!A it is as follows
"Vipassana is a Pali word that means "to see clearly!." In the West, Vipassana is sometimes called "insight" meditation!.

The practice of Vipassana involves direct observation of the mind, moment-to-moment!. This is called 'mindfulness!.'

Through careful and sustained observation, Vipassana practitioners can experience the ever-changing flow of the mind/body process!. This awareness leads to a more complete acceptance of the pleasure and pain, fear and joy, sadness and happiness that life inevitably brings!.

As insight deepens, practitioners develop greater equanimity and peace in the face of change!. Wisdom and compassion begin to guide one's actions throughout daily life!."Www@Answer-Health@Com
