I don't understand a lot of your question (sorry, I'm a little slow today), but what I'm getting from it is that you cut to punish yourself!?

It is an addiction!. You should really try to stop before it gets too deep!. You can start just scratching and end up needing stitches!. Not fun, right!?

You should talk to someone- maybe a friend, a parent, you can even talk to your guidance counselor (but watch out- if you tell a guidance counselor that you cut, they tell your parents)!. It helps to talk about your problems!.

Its absolutely not normal!! Go see someone, you shouldn't have to hurt yourself to feel better! Get Help b4 it's too late!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cutting is not an addiction!. It is not a mental disorder!.

Cutting yourself is a negative coping mechanism!. It is often a sign of an underlying mental health issue, but is not neccesarily indicative of any specific disorder or that a mental illness is present!. Basically, most people will tell you that you need to talk to a professional and you're not necessarily crazy or abnormal, you're simply not coping with the negativity in your life in a socially accepted and/or healthy manner!. A good number, if not everyone, has negative coping mechanisms such as smokers, those who indulge in alcohol, watch too much tv, eat chocolate when they are sad, bite their finger nails etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
