Question: I have many irrational fears and I dont know how to get rid of them!?
I have fears such as the dark, seeing ghosts, And the weirdest of all, I'm scared of being scared!!! someone help me!!!! Btw im only 12 years oldWww@Answer-Health@Com

Try and question them as much as you can!. Think of what would be the worst case scenario if it's true!. If they become a major problem talk to someone rational about it!. If you need someone to talk to immediately than you can call a kids help line!.!.!.you might need to look it up in your phone book!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
There are plenty of real monsters to be scared of!.
