How can i increase my concentration?!


Question: How can i increase my concentration!?
while reading sometime i start thinking about any stupid thing and i loose my concentration!.!. it is affecting to my studies!.!. what to do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well increasing the Concentration isn't a big problem!. If you try my idea!. When you are thinking about any stupid thing in reading so don't stop your thinking about that stupid thing carry on it close your book and think about that thing deeply and finish that stupid topic!. After that open your book read it this time your concentration is increase because that stupid topic finished which decreasing your concentration!. DO IT again AND again!.

try to catch yourself as soon as possible!. I had this problem a lot but now it's under control because i snap out of it and remain focused on whatever i'm working on!. it takes a lot of practice and repeated trials!. Although yoga meditation could possibly help, i personally don't think it would!. In yoga meditation you still have to concentrate on something so you could start wandering thoughts!. Just try to catch yourself as soon as possible and get back to what you were doing!. The more you do this the better your concentration will be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My suggestion is to take a really good quality Omega 3 fish oil!. It is good for the brain!. :) I know people who swear that it greatly improves their mood and their concentration!. :) Best wishesWww@Answer-Health@Com

try getting some loose leaf tea preferably green tea!.!. Brew some of it and drink a cup to a half a cup it really helps me with studying and focusing when I really need to!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
