Is there a way to get rid of all the hate in you?!


Question: Is there a way to get rid of all the hate in you!?
I'm full of hate and i don't know why, loads of little things have been getting to me lately and now they've all built up and i've become a very angry person!. I try to hid it as much as possible but when it shows people get annoyed with me and its horrible!. I can't seem to get rid of it, anybody know a way how!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I doubt you could destroy all the hate in you, but there are certain things you could do to suppress the hate!.
Like taking time to yourself to enjoy the small things, like lying in a grassy plain when the sun is super shiny and there's nobody around :)
taking deep breaths and analyzing what exactly is going on that is or is associated with makng you angry is probably a good idea (it's what i do)
And if that doesn't work try to get prescribed some drugs or try a "happy pill" and see what that does for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you by any chance have a problem focusing!? Like ADD possibly!? Because Chronic Anger is related to ADD!. I know this personally because a family member of mine is a very very angry person and sometimes it gets him in trouble!. So what I reccomend is going to see a Psychiatrist!. I know some people don't like to do that kinda crap but it has helped a lot for the person that I know that has it!. They prescribed him a small dosage anti-depressent and add medicine (not riddlin but something newer)!. Anyways, that may not be the case!. If it isn't then you may need to take Anger Management classes!. Seriously, you don't want to get so angry and boil over before you do something that you will definitely regret!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I exercise constructively!. I run 3 miles at full speed!. I do a kickboxing DVD!. This lets out steam in the short run!. At the end of each exercise, I'm exhausted, and have no energy to hate as much!. For the long run, you do need to talk about what's bugging you with a good friend or trusted therapist, someone who will listen unconditionally!. Talking about it gives you a different perspective on what's frustrating you!. Afterall, it's all about perspective!. Seen and understood from a different angle, things are not as horrible!. Then try to see it from that angle next time, and things won't be as bad, hopefully!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Through therapy, to try to get to the root cause-make it a priority, before it eats you all up and your stunted and chewed up with bitterness and cynicism!. Nevermind anyone else, resolve these issues so you can move forward, grow and develop, and not be caught up in a cycle of resentment and mistrust, it will poison you, and make your world a more hostile place!. I can't wait to see these answers, because I have the same problem!. The only thing I've found is to just try!. I've talked to therapists, I'm on medication, but I still get so annoyed!. The one thing I do think works is time!. Some people count to ten!. I say a Hail Mary (sue me, I'm a huge Godfather fan)!. But whatever works for you!. At the end of they day, you just have to work it through your head!. The fact that you recognize this as an issue should help get you going!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's hard helping when I don't where the hate began, for me, when i was growing up my Hate stemmed from the way i grew up and the bad things that happened to me!. Basically!.!. find out where it's orig!. from!. then LET IT GO!!!! There is a such thing as doing things in vain!.!. like worrying in vain and so forth!.!. There is some things that you just need to be passive about and stop wasting your time on them!. And another thing you need to remember is!.!.!.What happened in your past makes you who you are today!. If something bad happened, learn from it!. and don't go back to it, getting over it will only make you stronger!. Meditation!! go to classes they will show you and It will work! believe me! To control your felling you need understand yourself in meditation are going to be able to understand yourself and what triggers you, and how to let it go!. It really works!.!.!.Boxing or any type of activity is only going to take it for a little wile but then is going to come back again!. Meditation helps you on a long term basis!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you find yourself going off the handle more in situations that you never did before!? Anger is coming out because you are not happy!. You need to deal with these issues!. Going to speak to a counselor really helps!. This anger is a trigger for how you feel about yourself right now and maybe frustration!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Im in therapy for that same reason!.

The only way is to talk about it!. You need to get it out because the rage just builds and builds with no where to go!.!.one day ready to explode on the wrong person!.

maybe therapy would be a good idea you may have some unresolved issues from childhood that have surfaced in this manner!. also, try to find a constructive way of venting like a punching bag, or joggingWww@Answer-Health@Com

Travel and see the world!. Go to Costa Rica, that trip will make you appreciate life, make you realize how lucky you are to be alive to appreciate all the beautiful things life has to offer!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
