How can i go from "lazy" to "not lazy"?!


Question: How can i go from "lazy" to "not lazy"!?
i dont do anything and i really dont care!. how do i make myself care!? i love to sleep!. but i do need help because the house is really a mess and i have yet to take a shower!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do it now
go take a shower then go outside adn walk around the block adn come back and just clean a tiny bit
then have a small glass of milk!.!.!.!.!.

List all of the bad things that can happen from you not doing a chore, filling a paper out, ect!.

For instance!.!.!.!.

By not cleaning the floor:
- you're much more likely to attract ants and rodents
- guests will probably be grossed out
- all the germs that accumulate can cause health problems
- mold can grow, which can destroy your flooring
- if something falls on the floor, it's contaminated

By not dusting:
- you'll sneeze a lot more as you inhale
- dust is 85% dead skin cells - gross!
- dust is dirty!. By touching something dusty, you've covered your hands in germs
- dust can invite mold
- things look nicer when they're dusted

The easiest way is to make it habit!. I never did a lot of things i should have till I had a specific schedual for it!. Now it's just part of the day!. For example!.!.!.

Saturday: Grocery shop for the week just after waking up (rest of the day do whatev)

Sunday: Clean (A different room each week and have them cycle, that way you don't have to do the whole house at once and spend the whole day on it)

Every night do the breakfast/lunch dishes before making dinner
Every morning the dinner dishes before making Breakfast
That way dishes will never pile up again!.

Force your self to follow this schedule for a month and it will be habbit!. your day wont feel complete without follow the scedule!. and with things spaced out it takes like 20min tops!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I started caring and not being lazy when i got my own flat!.!. only then did i clean because it was so expensive i wanted it to look nice!! if you already have your own place maybe a job or something to do is always good!. if you already have a job/school then watch something like 'how clean is your house' and see how gross these peoples houses are then you will want to clean your house!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you might be suffering from depression!. you should find a counselor or therapist to talk to and start to figure out what's going on with you!. you already know stuff needs to be done but all you want to do is sleep!. those are just a couple signs of depression!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have a rubber band on ur wrinst when ever u are being lazy just snap the #@$% out of your self and then you will get used to not being lazy try it it works :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
