look dnt worry i once had a dream where i kinda sleep walked all it is proberbly is that ur body has lots of energy stored and ur brain has so many things in ur head it dosnt rejester that u shud be resting so it tries to move wen u are asleep and sometimes that can make u feel it or fall over in a dream as it cud be playin on ur mind or sumut
