I"m crazy stressed out?!


Question: I"m crazy stressed out!?
Oh my gosh, it's Friday, but I'm going crazy about next week already!.

Monday - Math test, history test, and I get my essay back!.!.!.I don't think I did very well
Tuesday - English test, Biology test, I'm a little lost, and stats test (I"M SO SCARED FOR THIS!!! I'm way lost, I took a quiz today and got like 14, it's on everything we've done this year, and that's a lot)

I don't know exactly what is after that, but I'm going to have tests in all of my classes really soon, and I'm so stressed out

What should I do!?

I also have tons of homework!. I'm really scared for next week!. I've had strait A's all jr and high school, but this term I already have like a B in stats, and I think I do in Math too!. If I do bad on these tests!.!.!.

K, so study, as you said you are already doing!. Good!.

so work on you rhomework for about 30 minutes, or maybe you could finish one classes homework then study for that class (if u have a test in it)
then do hw for another class and then study for that class's test (if u have a tes tin that class)!.

OK, now for the calming down part!.

Maybe listen to music while you're doing your hw, it works for me by keeping my attention in the hw while enjoying myself to listen to the music I love!. Take a brake after each subject's work is done!.

you could try taking up yoga or meditation (but just before you go to sleep for about 10 mintutes)!. Stretch before you go to sleep because that relaxes your muscles and helps you get a better good nights rest!.

Go straight home after school to work on your homework and not be rushing and doind a halfass job!. Don't worry, this won't ruin your social life because you will only need to go straight home until the test days are over!.

you could ave your dinner while you are doing your homework and studying, then do some stretches, maybe a homemade facial, then go to sleep like an hour earlier than you would normally do!. And if your not tired yet and cann't sleep, do some more stretches and lie there for as long as you can with your eyes closed, and trust me, eventually you will wander off!.
