Hi,

Yes, I'm currently taking fluoxetine and have been for nearly 5 months!. I was originally started on 20mg then my dose was increased to 40!.

Different anti-depressants affect people differently!. I personally experienced headaches, insomnia and dizziness during the first 2 weeks of being on the drugs!. The lasting side effects have been problems sleeping, vivid dreams when I do sleep well, and restlessness!. I'd rather put up with these than my depression the way it is when unmedicated though!.

If you're about to start on the drug then I hope it works for you!. If not you can always go back to your GP, there are lots of anti-depressants out there and some people have to experiment before finding one that works for them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I must say i have been on these for quite a few years now for PMT!. The only side effect i had was put on weight!. I have been dieting and lost the weight now!.
The tablets have been really effective for my PMT!.
good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have been on it for 6 weeks now, the first 5 weeks were a nightmare, I was like a zombie, and I would constantly feel tired, I slept most afternoons for a few hours!. I also have very vivid dreams!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

The side effects i've experienced are vivid dreams/nightmares and decrease in sexual interest/pleasure!. Everyones different tho!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's a tiny dose so you're very unlikely to get side effects at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
