Can anyone offer some advice?!


Question: Can anyone offer some advice!?
I hate my life sometimes!. One minute i'll be fine then something will happen, usually something minor but it will really get me down!. I'm not very confident either, i hate the way i look and i feel like im the ugly duckling out of my friends!. I used to be obsessed with my size but now i'm more concerned about my scars!. I can't get rid of them at the moment as i have no money (i've tried looking for jobs but had no luck) to buy creams etc!. I tried covering them up but i just want to get rid of them!. It makes it hard for me to talk to people too!. I'm in my first year at sixth form too and i'm already stressed out about the work!. But i've already dropped one of my subjects so i cant drop another even if i wanted to!. I feel like i can't talk to anyone about it either, my friends seem to be drifting further and further away and my family have got their own stuff going on!. So i guess my question is does anyone else get stressed like me and what's the best way to deal with it!. I just feel like nothing's going my way at the moment and any advice would be truly appreciated, thanks for taking the time to read this, i know it's long but i could really use some advice right now!. I'm sorry that you are feeling so low at the moment, I've never actually been in your situation to be honest but I do feel that all you can do is totally concentrate on your education, to offer yourself a better quality of life for the future!.
I know it sounds preachy but I don't know what else you can do except hope for better and have faith in yourself that you have the ability to get through this difficult phase!.
Bio-oil is great for scars and isn't that expensive and nobody is ugly that has a kind heart and a good word!
Perhaps if you just got a saturday job in a local supermarket or on a market stall it may help, it helps if you actually apply in person!.
Just trying to gain employment build confidence and character!.
You sound like a well balanced and grounded individual and I'm sure you have a lot going for yourself!.

when i have those moments i go for a drive!. put my fav cd up loud and go on a random drive!. even if its just to spar to buy some choc raisans ehehe cheers me up a lil!.

I know how you feel,depressed,stressed and like you can't think of anything good happening in your life at the moment!. well hold on,its ok!.
Everybody gets this way even if they seem really happy!.
my advice is this:
you need to boost your confidence-take a day to pamper (even having a long relaxing bath!) make it all about you!.Put on your favourite outfit and go out with an enormous smile!.!.!.!.its sure to help a little,as for your scars,its ok!.!.!.save up your money and keep trying to get a job (don't give up!) always be a confident and happy person if your ever asked to an interview!.!.!.for now look around your house and see if you can find any creams that may help to reduce the appearance of scars!.i don't really understand how your scars make it hard for you to talk to people but i'm sure you have a good reason,remember if you let your scars control how you act and feel,you'll become sadder and sadder so don the exact opposite,you control them and they don't not control you,remember that!.
keep a diary and write in it about how you feel each day,if you can't tell anyone your problems then its always best to get them down on paper, it sorts out a messed up head!:)
make plans on getting back being happy with your friends again,once they see the You they know they love,they'll realise what they've been missing!:)

First up, Don't Panic!. Second, take a deep breath, maybe 3 or 4, and just relax!. With the exception of the scars, everything sounds perfectly normal!. You've made it to 6th form and that proves you can conquer it as well!. I think it was a mistake to drop a subject, but I'm not you so what do I know!. If you are having trouble with a subject, ask the teacher and do it early!. If there are guidance counsellors, or whatever, talk to one about your feelings, otherwise, put your feelings into a diary!. It may later form the basis of an award winning novel!. If the scars are acne scars, simply wash regularly and frequently with a non-oily soap and use a non-oily and non-allergenic cream to keep your skin moist since the soap will dry it out!.

i know exactly how you feel!. i used to be that exact way, but then i just let myself stop caring!. honestly, think how quickly your life is going to go by, and when your 80 years old and sitting in a rocking chair, the last thing your going to think about is how you looked next to your friends!. for the scars part, just use neosporin!. it definitely will lessen their appearance!. also, make sure your not exposing them to a lot of sun!. my dermatologist told me that if i have scars, i should avoid like laying out or fake tanning because the sun only darkens them and can cause them to last longer!. but neosporin will definitely make them lighter and eventually gone!. this is the time of year when absolutely everyone gets stressed!. you say you feel like everyone is distancing themselves, but maybe they are just as stressed as you are!. i really hope this helps, and i wish you the best of luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
