How do you get rid of anxiety.?!


Question: How do you get rid of anxiety!.!?
Man It's really bad right not I feel supper anxious, I can't relax or enjoy myself I can not concentrate, I think all these bad things that I know would most likely not happen!. I have trouble keeping Jobs!. It's getting on my nerves because I never use to be like this!. I think it all started when I had a bad trip on Marijuana!. I wish I wasn't depressed and anxious!. Can some one give me advice on how to handle this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try taking a sublingual Vitamin B12 supplement!. Health food stores and most supermarkets/drug stores will carry them!. A Vitamin B12 deficiency can cause emotional instability, anxiety, and inability to concentrate!. I used to have a problem with anxiety!. I know how you feel!.

I was on Xanax and it stopped helping me after a while because your body builds up a tolerance for it plus I hated walking around like a zombie all day!. I tried smoking pot to help, which did, but it got too expensive ( not to mention the illegal thing) and started to make me paranoid!.

A good friend at the time asked me to start exercising with her just for the hell of it and it actually worked better than the drugs!. Physical exhaustion just pulled all the bad feelings out of me and I started to feel better physically and mentally!. This was done in moderation, not obsessively, which can be a side affect of anxiety, so be careful!.

Now I don't have any problems with anxiety and I'm in much better shape!. Whenever I would feel it coming on (you know, that feeling of impending doom) I would start out by taking a brisk walk and end up running a bit!. Eating better also helps!.

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.
