While know one here can diagnose you with an anxiety disorder , I think some of the feelings you have been experiencing lately need following up with a counselor!. Your school has a Psychologist on staff !. Can you talk to him or her about your issues!?

When you say that your being "weird" not able stop do you mean!? Your anxious and talking fast and too much!. Also saying weird things!. Your embarrassed by your behavior but you still keep going!. Do you think back over your day and become concerned about that "weird " time!?

Are you very sensitive to criticism!?

I am much older than you but started experiencing many of the same feelings around your age!. I never approached anyone for help!. I picked up many more fears of people, places and situations!. I also worry constantly that I am being judged!.Only recently because of a situation with my employment I have started seeing a Psychologist!. I won't say what my diagnosis is nor am I suggesting we have the same problem ! What I am saying is that you should talk to someone about how you have been feeling!. Good luck to youWww@Answer-Health@Com

Okay well it sounds like you have mild anxiety, maybe social anxiety!. I have anxiety, but getting jealous, and not being able to stop being annoying aren't symptoms of it!. If you can't sleep, or have panic attacks you definitely have anxiety and should go to a doctor!.!.!.but if not, you have to face your fears (even though it's terribly hard, but they make you if you're not petrified!. if you are they give you meds!.) Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level!.
But there are natural ways to do it without medication!. There's this strange herb called "St John's Wort" - it is said to be more effective than Prozac!. No, it is not for mild depression only and ignore those sayings!. In fact, it does help anxiety and panic-attacks as St John's Wort works like prozac!. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to light, etc!.

The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced!.!.!. you have that "learned behavior" in your mind!. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior - Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this!. A technique that you can use without CBT will be Distraction!.!.!. There are several other techniques to help cope them!
Ok, to use Distraction: Firstly, try to!.!.!.!.
