I think you should try to find another therapist!. Have you seen a psychiatrist!? Maybe talking to someone else about it, someone more knowledgeable might help!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are a bulimic or an anorexic person you need by medication and psychotherapy help!.Also, your family should be a strong help for you!.They have to realize what they met, what exactly your ill means and they have to change their life, matching it with yours!.When you are out from hospital you should meet some style like in hospital!.At least in first levels!.Then you can be able to manage your own thoughts!.Try to meet people who are winners in this field and avoid people who remember you how "good"is to be a top model,or how"bad"food is!!?Think about at real life where the most important thing is to be an educated person,to have self respect ,to have something to say and to have real friends who really care about you(with or without 20 pounds)!.
Read all you can find about your ill and then ,maybe you can detach desire by action!.If you saw what these ills do,then think twice before you act something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Three months might seem like a long time, but really it is only a very small amount of time!. In your recovery you are only a baby!. Just take things slow!. When I got into recovery from alcoholism, it took a long time to feel right about it!. I just kept doing what I needed to do because I knew if I didn't, that I would die!. You are facing the same choices!. Fake it till you make it!. That is, ACT AS IF you are well until you really are!.
It is your head that makes you think you are looking sick when you are in fact probably looking better than you have in a long time!. Did you know there is a support group called Overeaters Anonymous!? The name is a bit of a misnomer really as they support people who overeat or undereat!. It is based on the 12 Steps of AA recovery!. Why not give them a call and see if you think it might help you!. You do deserve to be well!.
Just to let you know that at one time I thought I could never stop drinking and had resigned myself to die!. I have now been sober for 13 years!. Just don't ever give up on yourself!. My very best wishes to youWww@Answer-Health@Com
