Question: I sleep all day and up all night!?!?!? why is that!?
Answers:
Hello there i would say that there could a multitude of causes for your tiredness during the day!. First of all the reason you get no sleep at nights is because you sleep during the day, your body stores up the energy for the day so you can sleep it off at night, you need to be active in order for your body to get tired at night and need the rest, if you are being passive during the day and sleeping you are also disrupting your body clock and this is confusing your body and mind making you think you dont need the sleep at night making you want to be active!. Many medical conditions can cause tiredness during the day including Chronic Fatigue Syndrome where you are chronically tired, thyroid problems, low blood sugar or Hypoglycemia, Diabetes and other medical problems!. You are lacking in energy for some reason and it may be time to find out the reason why, or why you feel so tired and sleep during the day!. Do you just feel tired, or do you purposely sleep, we dont know the whole picture, you would need to see a Complementary Therapist or Holistic Therapist such as Naturopath, Aromatherapist or Herbalist to discover why you are like this, they will take you as a whole person into account, then discover the root cause or causes of your problem and work from there!. Could it be your diet, for e!.g!., your breathing patterns- do you shallow breathe maybe from anxiety or depression- could this be a contributing factor!? How much exercise do you do!?- Exercise is an energy booster, do you find yourshelf tired the next day because you dont sleep at night!?- this is an effect of not sleeping at night, with your body clock all to pot!. Book yourself in for a Massage, maybe an Aromatherapy Massage which will relax your body, or uplift and bring you energy if that is your bodies needs, oils like Grapefruit can uplift mind and body and bring you alertness, Rosemary oil aswell!. At night use Lavender for Insomnia, put it in the bath etc!. Book yourself in for a Reflexology session- this will bring you energy!. Eat healthily, use uplifting and mood boosting foods or take supplements or herbal remedies to increase your energy levels too!.
