i am taking antidepressants (fluoxetine) since last 7 days !. and it makes me sleepy whole day and when i wake up i feel strange for 2-3 minutes then feel okay!. so!. i want to know that is it normal side effect or not!. should i consult my doctor about it!. please guide meWww@Answer-Health@Com

Some common Prozac side effects are Insomnia, Anxiety, Nervousness, Agitation, Abnormal dreams, Drowsiness and fatigue
Side effects normally go away within one to two weeks from the time it was first taken!. If you are concerned then I would talk to your doctor, however, it seems that what you are experiencing is quite normal!.

Talk to your doctor about any kind of side effect!. With antidepressant, it takes awhile to work but if it makes you so sleepy, it might not be the right medicine!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
