Question: I'm afraid to die how do i get over it!?
I'm 12 my grandma died and i started getting sad and then a few months later afraid to die because i might not do things that i want to before i die Please help!.

At 12 years old you're thinking about very grown up things!. Make a list of the things that make you happy and the things you want to do!. Then, start working toward those things!. Ask your family, friends, school counselor and teachers for help and guidance in making those things happen!.
I'm sure you miss your Grandma!. If you feel really sad about losing her you know you can talk to your parents and school counselor about your feelings and your worries!. Sometimes talking about it makes people feel better!.

I don't like much of the advice you're getting!. I lost my mother this year and although I'm older than you, if someone told me, "Just forget it!." I would tell them they have no idea what I (or you) are going through!.
You need to talk to someone in person!. Is their a teacher, or older adult who you could confide in!? What about your parents!?
One this is sure, unless you are planning on killing yourself, chances are you will not be dying soon!. You will have a life and do the things you want to do!.

Death is nothing to be afraid of!. It's part of life!. I use to be TERRIFIED of death, but now im fine with it!. We have this life to live to the fullest and just do that!. Accomplish things, do what you want!. And i don't know if your christian or not!. but if you are there is a place after this life that is wonderful and you'll be happy!.It also helps not to think about death!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
