Cognitive behavioral therapy for my hair pulling?!


Question: Cognitive behavioral therapy for my hair pulling!?
i have done this therapy since march this year and my last session is monday!. i hav pulled my hair out since i was 15 now im 24 years old and my therapist was confident enuff in me that i dont need it any more, im scared that once the cord is cut with him and im havng a bad day i will fall into my horrible habit again (and i will never take anti-depresents as i dnt like them)

that and i hav been wearing a wig for 4years and tommorow i hav 2 go round in public without it (i hav a thin hair patch on the side of my head, and my hair is long at the back) !.!.!.!.!.im scared Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its cool!. Just relax and use the tools you have learned in therapy and you will be fine!. Don't set yourself up for failure by saying that if you have a bad day you will start pulling!. Tell yourself that if you have a bad day you will use the skills you learned to deal with the bad feelings!. You can do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you have heart disease will you take meds!?!? If you do not and have a heart attack whose fault is it!? You have a disease, get a clue!. No one likes there psychosis to be taken away from them!. which is what the meds do!.


Make a decision do you have issues or a true "mental illness" If you are sick get help!. If you have issues, well people who just have issues do not pull there hair out!.

Oh BTW I am nuts have a huge problems similair to yours, I take meds but life is so much better
