Question: How to convince someone they might need Therapy!.!?
I honestly think my ex husband needs therapy!. He holds A LOT against his mother!. She has bi-polar mania and when he was younger she went through an episode that put her in jail/hospital and he ended up going to foster care!. He has not forgiven her and he is very mean to her now!. He is very hard headed lol and I really think he needs therapy to get over this!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've been being told for years that I need to go to therapy after I was raped and now they're trying again to get me to go since I was in a car accident in 2005 that almost ended my life, I went to maybe two sessions and that was it!.
