Is this too much anxiety? do i need medication?!

Question: Is this too much anxiety!? do i need medication!?
i feel so screwed up recently!. i get mad so easily and am really sensitive!. i freak out from small things and i get so mad!. the world feels completely unreal even though i know its real!. i feel like im in a dream that i desperately want to get out of!. im pretty sure i have derealization, and i think i might have depersonalization because sometimes i dont feel like the personl looking at me in the mirror is me, and sometimes i cant feel my legs =] but since those are not independent symptoms, what could be causing them!?
im a really good student, but in math recently during tests, i get nervous, and my brain blocks COMPLETELY and i cant think and as a result i get bs on my tests even though i studied for THIRTEEN HOURS!. my mind just goes completely blank!. i talked to my parents about it, and we might see a phyciatrist, but i dont know if i am!. but what could it be!?

what could be wrong with me!? anxiety!? depression!? someone suggested bipolarity!?

but its more than just needing someone to talk to!. nothing feels real!. at all!. and its so freaking annoying because i get mad at small things and start hyperventilating for stupid reasons and UGH

but is it too much anxiety than normal!? like is medication needed!? its really starting to affect my life in school and just in general with derealization and stuff!.

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level!.
But there are natural ways to do it without medication!. There's this strange herb called "St John's Wort" - it is said to be more effective than Prozac!. No, it is not for mild depression only and ignore those sayings!. In fact, it does help anxiety and panic-attacks as St John's Wort works like prozac!. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to light, etc!.

The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced!.!.!. you have that "learned behavior" in your mind!. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior - Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this!. A technique that you can use without CBT will be Distraction!.!.!. There are several other techniques to help cope them!
Ok, to use Distraction: Firstly, try to!.!.!.!.
