well I had depression and I snapped out of it I don't think that that is very common though it lasted about 2 weeks and then I finally cried real fluid tears instead of just sobbing and when they came out it was a release and after it i felt better and was able to get on with my life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I can share with you the best ways to combat and win the struggle against depression!. The 2 most important tools are:
1- stopping eating foods that depress: (Sugars, certain starches, carbohydrates, bad fats, chips, soda, fast foods)!.
and eat the foods that cure depression: Wild Salmon, sardines, herring, green leafy vegetables, all the colorful vegetables, fruits, berries, melons!.

2- start exercising a different part of your body every day!.

First off way too many people blame everything on being depressed when in actuality it isn't depression as much as it is a deep sadness or deep seeded self anger!. Depression itself is an actual physical condition where there is like a dent within the physical meat brain that halts proper production of happy hormones or other hormones that allow us to function "normally"!. Medication is given to aid in activating that area of the brain to produce correctly!. You can get tested to see if you have depression by going to a psychologist or psychiatrist!.
Whether or not you are depressed or just sad or angry they can help!.

Many people don't understand depression so they ignore it or ridicule people who say that they have it!. There are too many types of depression to eve name!. The first step is to get it diagnosed, don't do it yourself and you and your doctor can find the best medication for you!. Sometimes, medication isn't even necessary!. At times just a person to talk to or prayer or other different things like group therapy help!. Just be patient and no that you are not alone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I always feel a little depressed, or maybe not maybe I just feel normal,!.!.!. it's probably not healthy to feel happy all the time!.

Antidepressants never worked and the side effects were usually really F'd up!.

Other drugs never really helped either except for certain ones!.
