Depression or just low mood?!


Question: Depression or just low mood!?
i think i have depression but i'm not sure!.

i've been having either too little or too much sleep (for the last 2 days only 2 hours), abusing alcohol, feeling empty, tired, anxious, self harming!.!.!.!.etc

but sometimes throughout the day, i feel good which may last a few hours then suddenly i feel miserable and sad again, this happens over and over throughout the day!.

can that happen in depression!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are really interested in curing then follow these -- any one or more can be tried daily-----
1 while on the bed in the night full attention on breathing!. Beware of it - the way of passing of air from the nasal path its silky touch with the hairs in side the nostrils -- after 2 -4 days u will feel a change !.
2 do not watch horror shows or any vulgar shows before going to sleep!. Instead of that light music or meditation -- sit and beware of your body and cautious of it!. with closed eyes try to concentrate within -
3 Avoid red or deep colors in sleeping room, avoid negative aura around u which I can feel while thinking on your problem - be positive !.
4 U may contact if u r hiding any symtom in the question-- do not give too much importance to the worldly relations - just do your duties and try not to expect from them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sudden and severe mood swings are common in depression!. It is possible you may be mildly depressed!. See your GP immediately as depression is relatively simple to manage, but leaving it unmedicated and unwatched can be harmful!. Seek help!. Depression does not have to caused by a tragic accident, it can be seen in seemingly happy and people with fulfilled lifestyles!. yess!.!.!.!. but monitor how long its been happening overall!. that is the more important question!. Is there a decent cause y u are bummed!? lost job, some1 died, arguement, etc!? if you are really honestly justify y u are sad, then it might be normal!. but if it seems unreasonable y u are sad or it carries too long, then be alert of your depression!. Seek help and most importantly solutions!.!.!. solutions are your methods to solve what is making you sad!. some reasons may not have solutions, so you have find the inner strength to overcome come it or deal with it!. the first step of all of this you have taken!.!.!.being aware of your situation!Www@Answer-Health@Com
