How can I sleep soon?!


Question: How can I sleep soon!?
I have some worries about plans of the coming weekdays!.
Unfortunately I have no milk today!.
How can I sleep!? I usually eat oily foods to sleep soon though!. It is unhealthy, so I need your help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hmm!.!. I'd recommend a nice, soothing tea (without caffeine, of course)

Instead of buying the cakes and cookies tomorrow, I would buy some milk for hot milk!.

Eating too much before bed can actually keep you up at night, because your digestive system has to get through that food!.

Turn down the lights in the evening, early, to get yourself ready for sleep!. Buy a soothing air freshener!. Try to imagine only simple, pleasurable things!. Let your body relax from the top of your head to the very tip of your toes!.

I've always had trouble sleeping, but I have found something that works for me: It's called Melatonin!. You're body naturally produces it (It's what makes you fall asleep), but this is a supplement!. It's not too strong or habit forming!. You can find it at most supermarkets, and once taken you should fall asleep in about 30 minutes!.
