Walking Night. In someone home?!
Question: Walking Night!. In someone home!?
I work in someone home, i have to read what we have done in with ther person that i look after!. I just keep putting same old thing!. So i need end in put this in different ways!
Came in and the person was a sleep in the frontroom at 8pm!. AT 9pm he got up and has a smoke, with staff lighting it for him!. He spent the rest of evening watching tv until 11!.30pm, had last smoke and drink before going to bed!. The person has slept well all night until 7am he got up and nad smoke and hot drink!.
Need to put this this in a better way and put if in different ways of saying it, by be some different ways!.!.

Arrived at 8pm!. Mr X asleep in front room until 9pm when he woke and had a cigarette which staff lit for him!. Rest of evening spent watching TV!. Mr X had a last cigarette and drink before going to bed at 11!.30pm!.
Mr X slept well, woke at 7am and had hot drink and cigarette!.
You could write it in a more log book type way ie,
2000 - Mr X asleep in front room!.
2100 - Mr X awake, cigarette which staff lit, watched TV!.
2330 - Drink, cigarette, bed!.
0700 - Awake, hot drink and cigarette!.
