hello, im 18 yr old male, its been about 2 month since i been to doctors for my social anxiety/phobia and paranoia!.!.!.!.he gave me a sick note/ doctors note so i could claim income support!. he put 4 weeks on it so that covers me for 4 weeks!.!.!.!.so after 4 weeks is up do i have to go back to the doctor and ask him for a sick note!? will he give me 1!? im sorta nervous to go and ask for a ''sick note'' lol help anyone!? thanks!.!.!.!.if theres any more advice u cud giv plz do !.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you will have to go back!. Don't be nervous about having to go back, he's seen this sort of thing a 1000 times before!. I used to have to do the exact same thing as you for the same problem!. You might not be able to just call, if you do have to go in just think it's helping you to get better!

Yes, you'll need to go back!. He may be able to do it over the phone - and in cases of social anxiety that may well be preferable for you, and I think he would be more likely to understand it in a case such as that!.
Just remember that it's almost certainly your responsibility to get it to the DWP to claim income support though!. If you post it, get a proof of posting from the Post Office!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes just tell him your situation hasnt changed and that your still sick, that you still have anxiety and paranoia !.!.!.!.also ' play it on a bit ' when your in there!.!.!.!.you should get a sick note no problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
