Question for those who suffer from anxiety/depressive disorders?!

Question: Question for those who suffer from anxiety/depressive disorders!?
I am a 23 yr old guy!. I am fairly high functioning school and work wise!. I have been diagnosed with this for about 6-7 years now, but have had it since I was about 13!. I am good about taking my meds regularly!. My question is, do you ever feel like at times that you are losing it or are feeling "flaky," like you want to just start all over in life or not stick stuff out--just out of the blue!. I feel this way sometimes, as far as the thoughts coming into my mind and I just ignore them and try to go on!. I know it is irrational thinking and if I let it get to me, I will end up doing wishy washy stuff and pissing off and hurting people that I don't mean to or would ever want to!. I was just wondering if anyone else ever goes through this!? It isn't hearing voices like a schizophrenic would- it is more like compulsive thoughts that just kind of pop up and keep on popping up in my mind, almost like getting a very similar text message a whole bunch of times in a row!. I am Bipolar and know just how you feel!. Some days are better than others and all I can do is keep on going no matter how bad it gets!. I have a family to take care of, even when all I want to do is stay in bed!. Keep your head high baby, and find some one you trust to talk to about your running thoughts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's a fairly normal symptom of depression!. Crappy, but true!. At the other end of the scale you get days when you wonder why you need to take meds at all!. I should go for a check-up with a decent doctor and make sure your dose is right, but ups and downs are just the way it goes, and a frustration / escape reflex is par for the course!. You know it's going to pass, so let it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your brain is trying to keep you from flipping out, for lack of a better term!. If you choose to ignore this and just try to move on, it will just keep coming back!. You need to learn to address this issue, not ignore it!.

The saying "Don't worry be happy" is BS!. Ask a psychologistWww@Answer-Health@Com
