I have never known any food that cures depression!. However, their are studies about vitamin D helping with seasonal depression (winter blues)!. But it is not a cure!. If you have a very poor diet, consume alcohol or drugs on a regular basis, you may reach a point of physically not feeling well!. People who become ill or just haven't felt well for a long time are more prone to depression!. I believe that good nutrition is instrumental in maintaining good health which in turn may lesson the risks of becoming depressed!. But I would not embrace that as an absolute in regards to prevention of depression or see it as a cure!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Definietly!.

I would suggest drinking juice with Acai berries or blue berries in it, seriously it perked me up and made me energetic and pretty happy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
