Question: Is there any other disorder that could seem like ADHD!?
i've been taking Concerta (54 mg i think) for a few weeks, and i guess i fidget a lot less!. but i still daydream!. less!.
and i seem to be more motivated!?
less procrastination!.
but was never sure i even had ADHD!.
i'm just wondering, could it be something else!?

There are a lot of cinditions that can 'look like' ADHD and have similar symptoms!. That is why it is important to have a thoughough diagnosis!. If your doctor diagnosed you with ADHD in one consultation, then you need to see anaother doctor for a better diagnosis!. Diagnosis should occur over a more extended period of time so you can be observed one different days, so your doctor can get a thourough life history, so a number of tests can be done and so other conditions can be ruled out!.
