Question: Whats a good clinic in Connecticut for depression!?
My girlfriend has had a rough life and many bad things have happened to her that cause her to breakdown sometimes!. She gets these really deep and dark gut feeling that make her sad!. She has been treated for a chemical imbalance in her mind that doctors say she has!. She has been taking pills for this for about one year and it seems to be waring off!. I need to know if there is a good clinic or hospital we could go to, to get a good observation and get her problem figured out!. We are not sure what is wrong!. do you know of a family doctor or general practitioner in your area:!? That's a good place to start!. Ask around and see who people recommend!. That doctor can do an evaluation and refer her to a good therapist or mental health doctor!. Chemical imbalance requires a checkup at least every 3 months!. There are good meds out there, and sometimes you have to try a few before you hit on the right one for her!.
