Firstly its not even a disease and secondly I would rather my kids be autistic than violent, predatory or criminal, and if their ever was a cure I expect it would be highly controversial
Either way, it is impossible to begin to comprehend autism unless you read first hand accounts of the condition such as Donna Williams 'Nobody Nowhere' and works by others
If all you have seen is Rain Man you know nothing as this film shows a rare severe case and has done more for the misunderstanding of Autism than it ever did any good!.

Of course autism should be cured, because it affects the families as well as the person who as it in many different ways!. However, autism can't kill you, and you can still learn when you have autism, just it can be extremely difficult!. So I think autism should be cured sometime, but right now I think we need to focus on finding a cure for cancer, which can affect you in so much more then autism could, in my opinion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would like to see it cured!. My little brother were in the process of adopting is autism!. I feel terribly because he has such a hard time learning!. So I would love to see it cured!. (:Www@Answer-Health@Com
