Why Is Body Dysmorphic Disorder Like Living In A Virtual Hell?!

I have it, and let me tell you it sucks! I obsess about my body all time!. I believe I'm morbidly obese, when I'm 10 lb!. underweight, everyone thinks I'm irrational, but I can't control the thoughts!. I also obsess about my skin, which isn't that bad!. Also my hair!. And I think I'm hideously ugly, but who has people tell me I'mdefiantlyy not!. And the funny thing is I've never been called fat or ugly, so it's all in my head, but I can't control it!. I'm also depressed and can't think about anything else but my flaws all day!. And I have suicide ideation regularly!. Anybody else have this disorder or know anyone it!?
