Some people just can't handle it!. I know, because I am one of them!. When I was younger all my friends and one boyfriend smoked pot all the time!. I joined in cause it just seemed to be the thing to do!. After a couple of years I noticed I started getting paranoid and developed agoraphobia!. Everyone around me just kept on toking away with no apparent ill effects!. Not me!. I decided when I was roughly 23 to stop smoking and my mental attitude improved immediately!. It is my own theory that some people are just genetically predisposed to have severe adverse reactions to pot and should stay away from it!. Also, some people can become physically and mentally addicted to it!. I suppose it was a little easier for me to quit cold turkey because I was never really all that crazy about it to begin with!.
If you are the type that enjoys it it will be a bit more difficult to quit!. My ex was a daily smoker of it, probably still is!. It took away his drive and ambition!. If he didn't have it he became cranky and slept all the time!. It took a toll on his body, too!.
The length of time one has been smoking pot is really irrelevant!. If you are one that is prone to addictions, and it sounds as if you may be, you should try to avoid substance abuse of any kind!. It will be difficult for you to quit, but if you make up your mind to do it, just do it and suffer through!. There really is no other way!.
Take multivitamins and start working out, going to the gym, or running every day!. Plus the endorphins of exercise helps to improve your mental outlook and makes you fell better naturally!.
If you don't like being sober it sounds as if you may have an issue with depression, but I dont know you and it would be best if you have a way to talk to someone about it!. Perhaps the school psychologist or local mental health department can help you get over the hurdles to quitting!.
You are young and prone to peer pressure!. If all you hang out with is potheads you won't be able to quit!. Find straight friends and hang out with them instead!.
None of this is easy, but if you decide that is what you want to do, you will do it!. The biggest hurdle to quitting is right between your ears!.

Eh, it's because weed is a toxin, like anything else in the world that gets you high!. So when you are smoking it you feel fine, but after a few days without you start to feel depressed as the toxins leave your body!.
It gets less noticable if you become a regular smoker!. Actually, I'll go for months without smoking and I don't notice it anymore!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try taking up running!.!.!.not the best weather for it I know, but you'll feel tons better!. It'll be hard on them first two or three runs and you'll think "why am i doing this!?" but you'll feel great, your lungs will expand more and break away from the tightness of smoking, and you'll feel a buzz from the endorphins you release when exercising!

after a month of smoking cannabis it wouldnt affect u much its one of the least addictive drugs legal or illegal so i doubt u r going thru withdrawal symptom from cannabis, if u want to use cannabis without smoking try a vapourisor, no smoke just healthy vapours, u maybe suffering because of the actual tobacco, but go vapour its the healthiest way apart from eating itWww@Answer-Health@Com

To answer the question at hand, you really have to look inside your self and ask if you would prefer to be sober and happy or high and happy!. You can't do both and I'm sorry about that!.

Marijuana doesn't have any physical withdrawal symptoms, but you can definitely see that you have lost the ability to laugh or even cry when your sober much less of the time!.

I was a pothead for 5 years and I smoked weed like it was going out of style!. At least 3 joints EVERY day and when I finally slowed down I noticed that I never laughed when I wasn't stoned, nor did I ever cry!.

There are scientific studies that show when you start smoking marijuana at a young age, it alters the natural changes in the brain and almost stunts the brains growth from becoming how it's supposed to be when we become adults!.

Your best bet is to quit!. I finally looked at it this way, and it was only to trick myself out of the addiction!. I looked at being stoned as being sober and being sober as being stoned!. Everytime I wouldn't smoke the same old thing wasn't happening any more and I had a chance to act like a normal person!. When I was stoned, it felt like ****, I was paranoid and antisocial!.

Even if you slow down where your sober more than your stoned, then you will see the difference!. Just remember you probably will have to learn how to laugh again without the help of grass!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
