Question: What do i say to the cutters help hotline!?
i am a cutter, and sometimes i try calling a hotline (i have a number for one) but i never spoke to anyone yet, i always lose my nerve!. i don't know what to say!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree with what mostly everyone has answered already!. When you call just say anything!.!. whatever comes out!. Like someone mentioned, they already know why you're calling!.!. Maybe just have the courage to say hello to the person that answers your call!.
Even just being straight up honest could work!. "Hi!.!. I really don't know what to say!.!. but I'm calling because I cut myself and I really want to stop, I just don't know how!."

Listen, I'm not really sure what its like exactly to be in your position, but my sister was a cutter!. I remember watching her cut, her arms were filled with blood!. I was horrified!. She never got help, she's currently living at home at 25, and i believe she's left me with extreme anxiety problems which have lead to my bulimia!. Babe, your making a good choice!. It doesnt matter what you say, as long as you say it!. Please!. cure yourself, help yourself, live! Call<3 Your in my prayers!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep calm, it doesnt matter what you say!.!.!. you dont know these people and will proberly never meet them!.!. they will help you and tell you where to go in your area to help you stop cutting for good!.!.!. its great that you want the help!.!. which you will get !!
When the people first answer the phone!.!. explain you want help and ask for there advise!.!.

Not to be a jerk - but you have the nerve to cause physical damage to your person, you are able to find the courage to ask for help!. Just tell them that you cut and you need help!. I bet they know why you are calling, just saying "I need help" will be sufficient!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
