Why do i feel so sad?!

try seeing a concelor it worked for me!. It didn't make my problems go away or make me feel loads better but it helped talking to someone who didn't know me really and who didn't kow anyone I knew!. It took a few different concelors to find the right one that I felt comfortable with!.

You should talk to your mother , aunt , trusted family member!. You can't keep it to yourself!. It would be too much for anybody to deal with by themselves!. Remember, you are not the only one going through this!. You are not alone!. I promise!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might try calling your local suicide hot line!. You can talk with someone there who cares without leaving your name!. They might be able to provide you with some local support groups to help you feel better!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
