You have got to get your thoughts on other things, it will take time but can be done!. If you minimise the thinking on those things the emotions attached will not be as bad!. In turn you will worry much less and manage it more!.

All the best to you, no quick fix I'm afraid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Firstly, try to avoid listening to, watching or reading things about medical problems or illnesses - these will only add to your worries!. It might help you if you are able to read some books about cognitive therapy!. This is a process which will help you to challenge these thoughts when they come into your head - for eg: if you think I'm sure I've got !.!.!.!. then stop yourself and ask - what proof do I have, what is the likelihood of this, and a range of other questions!. If you can learn this technique, when these irrational thoughts pop into your head, you will learn to control them!. Some other tips which may help you calm your mind are: acupuncture (this works really well when you've got anxiety), herbal remedies, go for walks and concentrate on what you're seeing and doing (also good to swing your arms), meditate and so on!. It might also be worth finding someone to talk to - whether it's a doctor, counsellor or somebody else who's good at listening!. Just hang in there - you can beat the worries, it will just take practice and time!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to be like you, but i thought to myself:

If your going to worry all the time, then you will simply end up dying worrying, so whats the point in worrying!?,

Lifes too short to worry! You should have better things to do then worry, your just going to have to learn the '' f*ck it '' approach and attitude, coz why the hell should you let 'worry' take over you, dont let it win!.

Battle it, and show whos the winner in this!

Worry is an enemy, so fight it, and win it, just think, what ever situation you are in, someone has it much worst than you, your not alone!!!

Just find positive in your life and concentrate all your efforts on this and the worry will go!

You just have to focus, have a clear vision and look up!

It gets better, remain positive, coz negative aint worth it, and it doesnt win! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make a determined effort NOT to worry about anything!. It doesn't mean you're not concerned though!.

Look at it this way!. When you worry, it doesn't alter anything apart from your mental state!. The thing you've wasted time worrying about hasn't altered!.

Therefore, worry is futile!. What will be, will be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I did the same thing up until about six months ago!. Granted I still worry about everything, just not as compulsively!. When you know you're going to worry about something!. Do something that's time consuming and takes your mind off of everything!. ( : It's helped me a lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
