As you know I suffer from Borderline personality Disorder and PTSD and chronic stress disorder with anxiety and depression,
But even though I see my psychiatrist once a month and my social worker 2 times a week (we do cognitive behaviour therapy)

I am not sure but you sound very objective about yourself!. You seem like such a together person!. Yes everyone feels alone and unhappy sometimes!. Nobody's life is perfect so do not feel like you are the only one!. Keep trying to control your rage that you mentioned!. Trying to harm others will never help anybody!.
