I have no reason to get out of bed in the morning?!


Question: I have no reason to get out of bed in the morning!?
I've been feeling really really worthless for a while now!. I've just really taken my life into account and realized that I really have nothing to be living for!. I'm 28 years old and single, I have no children and no real friends!. My family have things going on in their own lives and they make no effort to spend time with me!. Believe me, I've attempted to see them regularly hoping they'd return the favor but they don't!. I've loved my job for the past 2 years but lately its become a chore!. I work 70 hours a week to fill in the time so I dont have to think about how alone I am in this world!. HELPWww@Answer-Health@Com

I have been feeling the same way as you!. This morning I asked myself, why bother getting out of bed!? I couldnt answer myself except for the fact that it was morning and I couldnt force myself to sleep anymore!.

Is it possible that you can be suffering a mild to moderate depression!. Thats what I thought so I have been feeling this way for weeks!. I went to the doctor and he prescribed wellbutrin!. Im on it for eleven days and so far, nothing!. They say it takes weeks to get into your system!.
Maybe if you felt better you would feel better about yourself and do more things!. Its just a thought!.

sorry but its your choice to be that way, you have a job that you can makes friends, so make some!. When you do go out with them, maybe you can find a man and start a family GOOD LUCK, Plus it cant be that hard!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should look into getting a hobby or possibly a pet!. Spend time as a volunteer!. There are many things to do to fill your free time!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you should get a dog!.!.!.and call up Quest and meet someone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get out of bed, put your clothes and shoes on and GET out of the house!. Take a walk!. Ten minutes a day, increasing it after two or three days!. Force yourself to do this and you will start getting fresh air and sunshine!. Go even when it is raining, dress appropriately!. The exercise will stimulate your endorphins which are feel good chemicals in your brain!. Try it for a couple weeks, and eventually you will not be dragging yourself out the door you will be thinking, oh, it is time for my walk!. Don't count on your family or your job to make your life meaningful!. They just don't get it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
