Question: Is something wrong with me!? I am very emotional and!.!.!.!?
I`m 21 and not under much stress (other than a bit at work but thats just alittle here and there, nothing major)!. but everytime i`m out at college or with my family, the littlest thing makes me cry!. like when my family mentions going to church i started crying while we ate dinner!. and sometimes i dont even know why im crying!. and its so embarressing to me because i feel like a baby, crying all the time!. i dont want to be seen as some over emotional person!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You sound like me!. Some people are just naturally more sensitive than others!. We react more to pain and the pain of others!. I can cry by watching suffering children or suffering anyone on TV!. It's not really a bad thing because you're a very empathetic person and this is very good!. You need to watch how much stress you allow yourself to take in!. You just need to know yourself!. I don't always watch the news because I feel for everyone too much!. Maybe you can become a counselor or something like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
